ANNE ARUNDEL COMMUNITY COLLEGE Office of Records and Registration
MEMORANDUM: TO:
All Faculty
FROM:
Judith Coughlin, Registrar RE: Fall 2003 Final Enrollment RostersDATE:
September 15, 2003 The
rosters you have just received in your department are the official
fall rosters and represent all students currently registered in your
class through late registration. Any
students whose names do not appear on your rosters are not properly
registered and therefore may not attend class.
If students are sitting in your class but are not properly
enrolled, send them to the records office immediately with a dated note
and your signature. You
should indicate on the note that the student has your permission to
enroll in your class. If
you wonder whether a particular student has dropped from your class,
you may check the roster (RSTR) screen on Colleague, view your roster on
the web (myaacc.aacc.edu), or ask your instructional coordinator to do
so. If you have any
questions about an individual student’s registration status, please
contact Nanci Beier, Assistant Registrar, at ext. #2834, Liz Clary,
Assistant Registrar, at ext. #2883, or me, at ext. # 2572. If
you have students on your roster who
are not attending class, please contact the students
(phone numbers on the roster), or, using the Advising Center Referral
Form, send their names to the Advising Center.
If the students have decided not to attend class, they should
withdraw at the Records Office, Glen Burnie Town Center, Fort Meade,
through the web (myaacc.aacc.edu) or through the touch tone registration
system (by calling 410-777-2241). Students
who don’t withdraw remain on class lists and are assigned a failing
grade, either an “F” or “FX” at the end of the semester. Please remind students that it is their responsibility to
withdraw. If
your class is cross-listed with another credit course, or is shared with
continuing education,
the attached roster will show the names for both
sections on the same roster. Attached is a copy of the REVISED Fall
2003 Final Exam schedule. FOR YOUR PLANNING PURPOSES
