1. The table below contains various combinations of audio file types, HTML and Javascript. I am doing this to try to isolate and identify any problems with browsers, plug-ins, and players in order to find the most reliable combination.
Warning: (01/01/00) The college Acer 350MHz computers with Win 95 and Navigator 4.6 installed will lock up if you attempt to listen to MIDI music at some sites. I was able to get some computers to operate properly by the following step:
1. Click Start/Settings/Control Panel/Systems/Performance/Graphics. Move the Hardware Acceleration tab from Full to two markers to the left until it reads " Basic accelerator functions ..." Click OK and Close. Then you will have to restart your computer.
