Officers

The Club constitution identifies the following officers:

 The President presides at all meetings, appoints committee chairpersons and serves as liaison to the Study Life office.  In consultation with the faculty advisor and activities coordinator, the President plans the agenda for each meeting.

 The Vice President assumes the duties of the President in his/her absence and represents the club at the Student Association Advisory Council meetings.

 The Secretary  takes minutes at meetings, prepares agendas, keeps a list of member’s names, addresses and other contact information,

 Treasurer keeps records of financial transactions, and follows college financial policies and procedures.

 The Activities Coordinator, in cooperation with the executive board and CSLI, is responsible for ensuring the planning, facilitation and publicizing of all club activities. 

These officers are elected at the second meeting of the (fall) semester.  Usually, once chosen officers remain throughout the school year.
